User Experience Researcher
I’m a mixed-methods UX researcher who works with evidence at every stage. Before a product is built, I use customer feedback, market and discovery research, and studies like conjoint and concept testing to help teams decide what’s worth making. Once it’s live, I track the experience through UX benchmarking and customer satisfaction, use product data to find where people struggle, and run interviews, surveys, and experiments to understand why.
I build my own analytics funnels to bring research to product teams before they ask. I’m looking for a team that wants research to shape what gets built, so the products and experiences we create are better for it.

I'm a behavioral scientist turned UX researcher with a passion for uncovering how people interact with technology and using those insights to drive smarter product decisions.

I specialize in blending qualitative and quantitative behavioral data, attitudes, product analytics, and research tools to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. I specialize in getting to the crux of the problem at hand and surfacing actionable solutions to drive discussion and results.
I’ve led and scaled research functions for startups and Fortune 50 companies alike, building teams that embed directly into product development cycles.
